Ontario-Certified Teachers 

Our teaching staff is the heart of CVS. We are looking for Ontario-certified teachers with experience in secondary education and a passion for online learning. As a CVS teacher, you’ll deliver interactive, engaging courses aligned with Ontario Ministry of Education standards, helping students meet the requirements for the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD). 

  • Requirements: Ontario Teacher Certification (OCT), experience in secondary education, proficiency with online teaching tools, and a commitment to student success. 
  • Responsibilities: Deliver self-paced courses, provide personalized feedback, support students in understanding course material, and uphold academic standards in a virtual environment. 

Guidance and Academic Advisors 

Our guidance and academic advisors play a key role in supporting students’ educational journeys. Advisors help students with course selection, track OSSD requirements, and provide support for university and college admissions. If you have a background in academic advising and a dedication to student-centered support, we encourage you to apply. 

  • Requirements: Experience in academic advising, familiarity with OSSD requirements, and a strong understanding of post-secondary admission processes. 
  • Responsibilities: Assist students with course planning, track graduation requirements, support applications, and provide resources for academic and career development. 

Student Support Specialists 

Student Support Specialists are essential to creating a positive learning environment at CVS. This role involves assisting students with technical questions, navigating our online platform, and ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed. 

  • Requirements: Strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a background in education or student support. 
  • Responsibilities: Respond to student inquiries, resolve technical issues, provide guidance on using the online platform, and support a seamless learning experience.
